“Just take anything you like!”

The one on the swing is Gak, from the word Burung Gagak ( crow in Malay )
Thank you so much to Jared for giving him a name, I always call Gak as boiboi LOL.

Was inspired by a shop selling old school toys during a trip to Malacca several years ago.
It is a very delightful place and I would like to portray it in the drawing.

One more deadline to go....orz.
My hands are shakinggggg.

Medium : Photoshop CS5

p.s : during the time when I am struggling with this piece, Vampire Weekend's "Horchata" motivated me a lot!

Its odd, I looked this up to see all the different reactions this song gave. Some saw it as winter, or fall...snow or mexico... Yours resembles mostly what I ever thought of this song, such an alien world, with such beautiful things, the art of a new, ghostly area... I never seem to critic the art itself, I only critic the message given. Style is something we are all gifted with. Style is brought together, mashed from a whole buch of biology, faith, and backround. I'd never critic it. Yours resembles mine though, not in shape, faces, area, coloring. It resembles the innocence, the story. That's one thing I must bring up. Such an alien woman to meet. The reaction, the strength in her features. I like this, if I haven't mentioned it enough.

Well..keep it up..I say alien as in unknown if that's not clear
